Before contacting us to ask about delivery of an order, please allow 3-14 days in the US & 28 days for Europe & Rest of World. Sometimes products go out of stock very fast so we keep them available online for you to purchase while more inventory is made.
2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

4. RETURN & EXCHANGE
We aim to please you completely. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 DAYS from the delivery date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General for all products
- All returns must be sent back to our address in the return confirmation email with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused or disregarded.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, in unworn condition and with tags attached. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- GalaxyLegs.com may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. GalaxyLegs.com reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
- GalaxyLegs.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail.
- GalaxyLegs.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, GalaxyLegs.com's decision will be final.
Defective Item Exchange
- GalaxyLegs.com will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in GalaxyLegs.com Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
- In cases of defective return, GalaxyLegs.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If the defective item is an accessory, it may be considered for repair service.
- Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. GalaxyLegs.com reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
- Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. GalaxyLegs.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit. The following items are non-refundable :
- Returns received after 30 days of the delivery date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Final Sale items
The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Returns received more than 30 days after the original order delivery date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)
Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund
- Unwanted or unopened items returned to GalaxyLegs.com must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. GalaxyLegs.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
- Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in your original payment method and will be processed in 5 / 7 business days when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by GalaxyLegs.com.
